This is a great jacket. It is very waterproof, not bulky, but very warm, and when fully zipped the jacket/hood cover my son's mouth to keep him protected from the wind and cold. My one complaint is that it is not as long as most Columbia jackets. It doesn't cover my son's bottom, but when he has the snow pants on it doesn't really make a difference.

I bought this suit for my son because this is the first time we've ever lived in the Northeast. When we first received the package I knew it would work. Its well insulated without being heavy. He will be able to play and stay warm.
