These shorts are the best i've had. no restriction, really comfortable and fit great.

These shorts are very good. However, the sizing info is very hard to interpret. I had to do a lot of searching on various forums to find others that had these shorts before I ordered. However, the adjustable sides gives a lot of room for different sizes. They are light, durable, and don't get in the way. The pockets are strange, in that they keep things quite close to your crotch, which makes me nervous, but otherwise, great shorts.

Very good construction. I was expecting a bit more padding but they're meant to be worn over armor so it's minimal. They're solid in all the right places and stretchy where they need to be. But they seem to run small. I have about a 36 waist (and shrinking) so I ordered a large and though I can get my legs into them I can't close the waist band even after letting the adjustment straps completely out. If you're at the top of the size range definitely go a size up. Otherwise they seem pretty good.

A great pair of shorts, will buy more Royal. I rode in the rain (las vegas) with the shorts and I guess the mud has stained the cross hatch portion of the shorts. No matter how much I wash them, they won't come clean.

been using this short for a month already i loved this short so much when im done mtb straight to the washer rite away this the only short i wear when hittin the trail.i love the pocket with zipper stash my cellphone in it ,adjustable waist line ..great overall shorts.none complaint
