Nicole:

First of all, since the item title is confusing, these are indeed knickers (capri length pants).Secondly, to get the minimal positives out of the way, these were great for temps around 50 F and did indeed keep me warm. And that's where the positives end. After riding with these, I am convinced that the Adidas people don't actually bike themselves and/or do not test the gear prior to sending it out to the unassuming public. Seriously, these suck. The list of suckitude:1. Uncomfortable and awkward chamois. -- This is possibly the worst chamois ever. It's way thicker than any of my other shorts (PI, Shebeest, Random Brand X from the local Sports Authority) and yet amazingly manages to be the most uncomfortable as well.2. Rise is too short. -- If you never use your drops, maybe the rise would be okay. But if you do, be prepared for the vigilance needed to ensure that the world does not see any of your rear.3. Poor quality fabric. -- The fabric is scratchy on the outside and nowhere near as supple as competing brands like Pearl Izumi. It's also shiny, which is not flattering for all types. In conclusion, these were just weird. At one point, I realized that the chamois had somehow worked its way forward and was bunching in the front. This is new, I thought. Then I had to stop and adjust the knickers. These are headed back to the warehouse.

manka:

i'm 5'3 and got these in a small and they fit perfectly, going to mid calf and the waist sitting comfortably just above my hips, unlike some other cycling shorts that are high rising. i just got into cycling and i know these pants will give me the little extra coverage i need on "cold" mornings in TX.
