Like everyone else here, I love these shorts. Super comfortable, cool, lots of pockets. My only complaint is that they're sized pretty big. I'm usually a W's 4/6 and ordered the XS, which are still big on me. An integrated waistbelt would be really nice. I have to periodically check that I'm not treating my riding partners to an unsolicited view! I guess anyone smaller than me is going to be out of luck with these shorts. Other than that, great shorts!

My boyfriends sister-in-law, bought these shorts on steep and cheap and said they were way to big. she normally wears a small and had to send them back for a xsmall. I too just bought a pair of these shorts from backcountry, I normally wear a medium but got a small because of the advice i got and they fit perfect, no sending them back for me! The measurments are not correct on the sizing chart. They are great shorts though, I love them super soft and comfortable, over all I am very satisfied.

These are sweet! For hot weather rides I am stoked on these. The light color is a great addition to my collection of black shorts, and I love that I can unzip the legs for further venting. They also have a ton of stretch to them are are really lightweight and they are all I have been riding in since I got them. For long rides (over 4 hours) the chamois could be a little beefier, but overall, I love them.

I love the way these look. It's nice to have a serious ride in something other than spandex. I ordered a size down, but after my first two wears I ordered another pair in my regular size. There is a plastic/rubber band around the race that dug into my skin after a few hours. But it didn't stop me from buying two more pairs!

The fabric is very thin and light weight. The shorts havea side pocket on the right and two back pockets. There is a 4 inch zipper on the front of each leg to allow more fentilation. The spandex fabric on the inside is very confrotable around the legs, not too tight. I was debating between a medium and a small, I went with the small and they fit very nicely. The fabric is soft, the shorts are vrey confortable.
