These briefs were great. they rarely rode up but when they did they did not have enough volume to bunch like some boxer briefs. the wicking capability was the best i have tried and the vents in front and back definitely works, so well that i would not recommend wearing in cold weather unless under warm gear. I hiked with them and some Cannondale biking shorts and the effect was to freeze my back side. I was also able to wear them for the duration of the 3 day hiking trip with no ill effects if you know what i mean. Great gear.
