Nice top
lonerider:

These shirts run tight, so I would recommend going up one size (I'm a skinny 5'9" 140 lbs and I feel like a sausage in my small size although I can fit in it. I also have a medium which is less compressing). While I do think it helps my posture and helps avoid neck/shoulder stiffness... overall I like the long underwear bottoms better (compared to regular long underwear tops and bottoms). The material is very comfortable and indeed does seem to handle a wide range of temperatures well... I've worn it snowboarding in the winter (with a windproof shell) like 35-40 degree weather and then again hiking the glacier snow in July in 60-65 degree weather (feels like 75-80 in the sun when you are wearing snowpants and a shell). While it was a little cold in the former and a little warm in the later, I really haven't worn anything else that could handle such a temperature range at all.

Excellent Upper Body Support
Charlton:

I wore this top on several of my long runs while training for an ultramarathon, and then during the race as well. IMO, the support web functions really well. On runs longer than 2 hours, I used to get pain and fatigue in my shoulders and upper back; this top eliminated that by supporting the muscles, reducing bouncing, and improving my posture. It sheds wind and insulates well enough to wear into the low 30s. Any colder, and I would recommend an additional layer

Nice Product, as described
Geckorunner:

Seems temp is best down to 30's after that more layering is needed. Be careful of windy days. Good fit, good support.

It worked for me
Angel:

I bought this top as a base layer for in bound skiing. I like the fact that it has insulation (much better than my old ColdGear by UnderArmor). I like the support that it provides. The thumb loops can be a bit of a pain, but they're worth it. It keeps the top in place so it won't ride up like others I've owned.

CWX
Anonymous:

Nice top, its sized smaller than I'd expect since I can normally wear large to X Large shirts. I bought the X Large and it felt extraordinarily tight. Otherwise, this is a great top. It wicks moisture effectively and insulates quite well during vigorous exercise in winter outdoor weather. It washes well and dries quickly. Its a good quality top. I'd buy it again, but in an XXlarge minimum, though I'm not that big of a guy.
