Campfire breakfast might be the best part of the day. GSI's Hard Anodized Extreme Fry Pan is an efficient choice for backcountry and car campers. Hard Anodization seals aluminum cookware with three layers of non-stick coating. It is extremely hard and allows heat to quickly and evenly spread across the bottom and up the sides of the fry pan making it one of the best cooking surfaces available. You can use the fry pan over the campfire or on a stove.

I bought the lightweight 8" pan. Plenty of space for everything I've cooked from vegan brownies to pancakes to eggs and vege bacon. I love the attached folding handle (saves money on having to purchase lost or misplaced heavier handles associated with other brands). The non-stick is so non-stick I've been able to simply gently wipe it clean with a small bit of Campsuds and water with no left over residue whatsoever. I'm very pleased with this purchase! The folding handle even grasps my food packages offering me a place to store them while hiking.

I've had the 10" version of this pan for a few years and always take it with me when I'm car camping. It distributes heat evenly, the non-stick has been durable, and the folding handle is a great space saver. The handle also doesn't get hot, which is a problem I've had with various other frying pans. Highly recommended.

well as extreme as a fry pan can be. The nonstick has been great and makes clean up super easy most the time only needing some water to swish around. 10" is Great for bacon. Seems to heat evenly on my Msr wisperlite international and jet boil Helios.
