TvENT!
R.A.T.T.L.E.R.:
This tent allows the air to flow right through over your toes and your nose. Did not need to use the rainfly in 40 degrees with light wind. It would be nice though, to have a tent with a entire mesh top to look at more stars in the sky, while laying down. Tent went together quickly and easily, I like how the tent clips to the extended poles, NO SLEEVES! THE STAKES SUCK, I recommend North Face or MSR aluminum stakes. Material is thin and lightweight, highly recommend using the footprint. Get outside!
Stoked

This is a killer tent! I have used it probably a dozen times now and have no complaints. It is really light so it packs well and is easy to haul. It goes up or down in about 5 mins at most!(while you sip your beer.) Can get a little chilly without the rain cover but you see tons of stars at night through the huge windows and its perfect for escaping those f@#%ing deerflies and staying cool in the day. I have been through a solid down pour as well and not a drop managed to get in. I have only had myself and one other with our gear in for the night but could fit three no problem. I would buy this tent again!
Rocks the Casbah
jared.nest2223371:
Just got the Gunni 3.1, took it up north of Glenwood Canyon in CO. This tent rocks! It pitches in about two minutes will stand like a rock in a clipping 20+ mph breeze and apparently can keep you safe and dry in a light hail storm. I was totally pleased with the weight, about 3 lbs. It's a little bulky, however it's perfect if you plan to backpack with friends as the tents size could fit three and would save on space among three packs. we fit two 6' dudes in it comfortably and the rain fly's vestibules give ample room for gear. Seams are sealed and high sides, we had a bit of a rain storm with the hail, we and our gear stayed dry. It's a great tent for Backpacking or car camping, the attic is a pain to attach, but useful. only draw back is the stakes are weak and bend easily in hard ground. I'd recommend MSR stakes as a replacement, they are strong enough to make useful railroad ties. Buy this tent!
Good priced tent

This is a great tent for the price. Fits me and another person easily, could squeeze three in if the weather was bad. Light enough to carry backpacking if you split it up or have another person carry other supplies. Good buy.
Great Outfitter Tent

I am an outfitter on the Middle Fork of the Salmon River in Idaho and we uses these tents for our clients. We run 6 day trips and about 10 trips a year, so about 50 days/year each tent gets used. They are great tents for a couple of reasons, the first being they are easy for clients to set up, they have clips and not sleeves so wear is minimal and the doors zippers do not touch the ground when you open up the door, so you donw have zipper problems, which in the past was a major pain with other tents. Anyway, you will like this tent for durability and ease of use. It is roomy too. I am happy to talk or e-mail about it more just call me at 800-801-5146 or middlefork@idahorivers.comYours for adventure,James Ellsworth, ownerMiddle Fork River Expeditionswww.idahorivers.com
