Mine arrived yesterday. Fast efficient shipping to Canada! It's very light...3lbs seems about right. You sit very low to the ground with this chair. I was a bit concerned about the top of the back support tube wearing through the material in short order, but it held up well on a tough 11 day trip. I stand 5'8". I think for taller people the chair back won't be high enough. They could have easily made the back another 4" taller without increasing the folded size of the chair. It attached easily to my large canoe pack for easy portaging. I think the chairs a winner for sub 180 pounders.

comfy and folds down nice and small I like it better than the crazy creek even though it's not as sturdy, it has held up great. I only weight 144lbs. not sure how it would do with a larger person
