have only tried it at home but i find the burner for ease of use very good and i will soon use it on the trails

Some of the information in the above product description applies to the more deluxe Optimus Crux i.e. the burner head doesn't fold down on the Crux Lite, but the pot stabilizing prongs fold in, as does the flame control handle. It gets almost as small as the Crux and is lighter. Weight 2.5 OZ. What I really like about this stove is: The burner head spreads the flame out, and I can cook a soup or stew on simmer and not scorch the food.
