After testing the Advance Sunglasses in mountain ranges all over the planet, Julbo made them even more versatile by adding Zebra Anti-fog Photochromic Lenses. These lenses adapt to external lighting conditions and provide visible light reduction from 60% to 93% as you go from valley to treeline to glacier to ridge to summit. Use the Advance Sunglasses for the forested approach, and then snap on Julbo's removable rubber side shields when you get to the snow-covered world.

The only problem I have found with them is they tend to grow legs and walk away. 2nd pair in 5 months.

They are a great replacement to my Julbo Advanced Alti-Chromatic from a few years back.

Bought a pair of these in joshua tree and the desert sun was no problem. I've used them in northern canadian winters too, still no problem. Fit like a dream. Only thing wrong is I had to replace the rubber pads at the back - julbo sent me a set for free, within a week of a call. Highly recommend.
