I bought a pair of these about 1.5 years ago in Australia. They fit perfectly, so when I was up for some new glasses (scratched lenses), I decided to buy the same glasses. Smith doesn't make replacement lenses for this model, so I just decided to buy a new pair. I was disappointed to find that the new pair did not fit properly - they were narrower than my old pair. I contacted Smith and they claimed the model hasn't changed, and to send them in for evaluation. It was too much trouble as Im in Kuwait so I just wore them. Now, because they rub on my temples, the coating is starting to rub off. I'm disappointed as my old pair was excellent.

My new roomates dog chewed up 3 pair in one night and here I am buying 2 more! Awesome glasses, the best I have ever owned.

i had bought a pair of the Hudsons a few years back in Tahoe and had them for years and years! from the minute i put them on i didn't want to take them off. i actually slept in them the first night. t.m.a.l.s. dog chewed them up, and had such a hard time finding them again.....untill i discovered this site... i couldn't be more satisfied with their selection and service. Hey, these are great. I love em. I have the Black Gold ones. They have a mirror lens on them that I love for sunny days. Great coverage to keep my eyes out of direct sunlight. And they look rad too. If you have a medium to larger face size these are a great investment. If you like these, you might like the Folsom too. I have both.
