Porcupine Rim is a 20 mile advanced ride that provides 10 miles of technically challenging and rough downhill with many rock obstacles. This ride has it all: slickrock, broken slickrock, sand, ledges and drops, high speeds and the best technical singletrack in the area. Porcupine Rim is a local favorite and one of the most popular trails around Moab. There are spectacular views above Castle Valley, Castleton Rock and the Colorado River. Canyonlands National Park Moderate: 18 miles

CanyonlandsCanyonlands National Park will be the setting for a full day tour! We start our trip at the top of the famous Shafer Trail in the Island in the Sky District of Canyonlands National Park. We'll begin our ride with a 3-mile descent down through the Wingate Cliffs to the popular White Rim Trail below. We'll ride out the White Rim to check out Musselman Arch, Walking Rocks and the mighty Colorado River. On our ride out of the park we'll pass under Dead Horse Point and the famous Thelma and Louise launching grounds. A great way to see the park!

Courthouse Loop Easy: 5-10 miles

CourthouseCourthouse Loop is a 5-10 mile ride contouring a bluff overlooking the Windows section of Arches National Park. This a great introductory ride for all age groups. The terrain is moderate with few obstacles, and is perfect for families and novices. Great introduction.

Blue Buffalo Intermediate: 10-15 miles

BuffaloBlue Buffalo is a 10-15 mile intermediate ride that has varied terrain including moderate climbs and descents on slickrock, a little sand and some fun double track. There are great views of Arches National Park, Monitor and Merrimac Buttes and Native American pictographs and petroglyphs. Local's favorite.

Klondike Bluffs Moderate: 10-15 miles

KlondikeKlondike Bluffs is a 10-15 mile half day ride with moderate climbs and varied terrain. This ride offers riders a good introduction to Moab's famous slickrock terrain. We'll also view dinosaur tracks along our route. At the half way point a short walk will take us into Arches National Park and to breathtaking views of the red bluffs and arches below. The ride back is mostly down hill with lots of dips and rolls. Lots of fun!

Bartlett Wash Intermediate: 10-12 miles

BartlettBartlett Wash is a unique slickrock playground that is a rolling grade of rock. Lots of dips, rolls, bowls and drops, a great place to practice slickrock technique and bike handling skills. This intermediate ride offers approximately 10-12 miles of riding and great views of the La Sal Mountains, canyon rim riding and beautiful petrified sand dunes all on the edge of the Moab fault. Awesome ride!

Gemini Bridges Moderate: 14 miles

Gemini Bridges is mostly downhill 14-mile ride. This trail takes us through classic desert and red rock scenery, and is highlighted by a stop at Moab's impressive Gemini Bridges; a natural twin arch perched on a rim of sandstone. This ride looks down into Arches National Park with a picturesque backdrop of the La Sal Mtns. and the Colorado River corridor. Very scenic!

CANYONLANDS Sunrise Downhill Tour

CanyonlandsThis unique trip will showcase the canyon country in all its glory as we watch the sun hit various buttes and rock features in colors of gold, red and deep purple. After the fantastic light show Rim Tours' guides will lead a fun descent ending at the world famous Slickrock Bike Trail for a delicious breakfast. Riders will experience a mostly non-technical descent of approximately 3000 feet. Watch the sunrise then feel the fresh air on your skin as you enjoy the magnificence of Canyon country on two wheels.   • 4-8 People: $ 75/per person

  • 14+ People: $ 50/per person

Full-Day prices include bike rental, helmet, water bottle, transportation to the trailhead and lunch (4 person min. for Canyonlands Full Day plus $5/person park fee; subtract $20 if bringing your own bike). Add 6% sales tax to all rates below.

  • 1 Person: $175 (1 person price only applies if 1 person only on tour)
