Cataract Canyon Rafting is the mother of all whitewater! Heart-thumping rapids are the result of the steepest drop anywhere on the Colorado River. The river cuts through the deep, protected wilderness of Canyonlands National Park blessing you with a rare opportunity to see this land just as John Wesley Powell did in the 1800s. Towering red rock walls climb on either side of the river as eagles escort you on your way. We have 4 exciting trips on the Cataract Canyon for you. |

Westwater Canyon Also on the Colorado River is the favorite of many local boaters. It is a narrow canyon, which squeezes the river into turbulent eruptions. Fallen rocks, some from the oldest rock layer on earth, are strewn throughout the river making it technically challenging and exciting. Until recently this canyon was considered unrunnable!

Green River Known as the gentle whitewater river. The canyon is wider, and giant cottonwood trees grow on its banks. The green of juniper and pine stands in stark contrast to the red sandstone rock that towers above. The good-natured rapids on this river are perfect for families learning to paddle kayaks. The Green River’s Labyrinth and Stillwater canyons call out to solo wanderers. A place to meditate and become one with the river in a canoe or kayak, these canyons are primitive and raw in their beauty

San Juan River The San Juan River turns back on itself a hundred times in its narrow route through the canyon. A seldom-traveled river, the San Juan is filled with archeological sites over a thousand years old. A quiet river with small but challenging rapids, the San Juan was custom-made for a quiet journey with friends.

River Day Trips near Moab, the daily stretch of the Colorado wanders through some of the most spectacular landscape in America. The canyon borders on Arches National Park and the rapids are splashy and fun. This little stretch of river is poetry, Dr. Seuss style!
MEALS ON OUR TOURS: In the morning you might expect pancakes or omelets with lots of cowboy coffee and along with juices, fruits, cereals, muffins and jams. Lunch fare might be a fresh salad wrapped in flour tortillas, sandwich buffets or creative pasta dishes. Typical evening meals include steaks, fish or marinated chicken grilled over charcoal and in Dutch ovens. If you've chosen to bring along your own wine, your dinner under the stars is even that much more inspirational. Dessert may be as simple as cookies but might be a surprisingly elegant flaming brandied peach.
